About
Alexis is a versatile cellist with a strong experience of the European musical scene. He is an active chamber music performer, sharing the stage with the Rotterdam Philharmonic soloists such as Cecilia Ziano, Julien Hervé, Juliette Hurel, Hed Yaron Meyerson, Roman Spitzer and more.
He is also member of the "Ensemble Mir" since 2014, playing repertoire from Romantic to contemporary music with various settings of instruments. As a curious musician he took part in many crossover projects in France and in The Netherlands. Since 2020 Alexis is regularly playing with the Metropole Orkest, the world's leading pop and jazz orchestra conducted by Jules Buckley, and Vince Mendoza.
